Upon enrolling in a course, Scholaris grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the course materials for your own educational use only.

Course access may be time-limited or lifetime access, depending on the course description at the time of purchase.

No Sharing of Course Materials

You may not copy, share, sell, distribute, reproduce, or publicly display any course materials without prior written permission from Scholaris. Any unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform in a respectful and lawful manner. Any form of harassment, abusive behavior, hate speech, or disruption of the learning environment is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users’ accounts

  • Engage in hacking, data scraping, or system interference

  • Upload or share malicious code or harmful content

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent from Scholaris.

Scholaris provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that our courses will meet your specific expectations, professional goals, or outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scholaris shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or courses.
